We'll Learn

Students will learn proper breathing and posture, embouchure development, and tone production, focusing on creating a full, warm sound. The course covers music reading, scales, and technical exercises, while exploring repertoire from concert band, brass ensemble, classical, and popular music styles.

A strong emphasis is placed on musical expression, phrasing, and intonation, helping students develop both confidence and control. Ensemble skills, rhythm, and listening are integrated into lessons so students can blend beautifully and shine when it’s time to play a melody.
