Dmitrii Krasnikov

Mr. Dmitrii brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Kuwait Music Academy as both a strings instruments and piano instructor.
He graduated from the Moscow Conservatory, where he studied with the famous professor Yuri Bashmet, as well as from Gnesins State Music College. As the winner of the International Music Competition in Belgrade in 2013, Mr. Dmitrii has been recognized for his exceptional skill and musicality. He is also a grant recipient of the prestigious Rostropovich Fund and the Yury Rozum Fund.
His performance career includes roles as concertmaster of the viola section and tutti viola musician in several prominent orchestras in Moscow. Mr. Dmitrii’s background extends beyond classical music; he has a solid foundation in jazz piano and has composed and arranged works in various genres.
Mr. Dmitrii’s teaching approach is deeply rooted in music theory, with a focus on individualized instruction that addresses each student's unique strengths and challenges. His method emphasizes not only technical proficiency but also a well-rounded understanding of musical structure and expression, ensuring students develop both skill and knowledge throughout their musical journey.
