Part-time Instructor

Mr. Amin is a composer, pianist, and music educator who believes that great music lives at the intersection of structure, imagination, and emotion. He holds a Master’s degree in Music Composition from the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas, where he developed a deep love for turning musical ideas into expressive works.
At Kuwait Music Academy, Mr. Amin teaches classical and jazz piano, classical, contemporary, and jazz composition, music theory, ear training (solfège), instrumentation and orchestration, as well as composition using digital software. From traditional notation to modern music technology, he enjoys helping students explore every side of music-making.
Mr. Amin has over two years of experience teaching composition online to private students. His compositions have been performed live in concerts and include solo piano works, pieces for piano and soprano, and chamber music for violin, cello, flute, and piano. His work has earned him First Place in Piano Composition at the Golden Time Talent International Competition and Third Place in the Komitas Vardapet Children Choir Competition.
In his teaching, Mr. Amin focuses on building a strong technical and theoretical foundation while encouraging creativity and emotional expression. He is passionate about guiding each student toward discovering and developing their own unique artistic voice, making learning both inspiring and meaningful.
